Q. What is your return policy?

Web orders are eligible for full online credit only if returned within 10 days of receipt of order. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in original condition to be eligible for credit. Please contact us via our contact page to begin processing your return. Do not ship your return until you have received a return confirmation, which will include return instructions. Returns can take up to 5 business days to process. 

Sale, discounted and special order items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.


Q.  When will my item(s) ship?

Orders are shipped Tuesday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is typically 3-5 business days after your order is received.

Some items are Pre-Order or Made to Order, in which case processing time may be extended 7-10 business days or  will not ship until the date specified. 


Q. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping confirmation. Orders do not require a signature unless requested by the customer.  You may track your order via www.USPS.com 


Q. How do I care for my garments?


Items are best laundered by dry cleaning, handwashing or gentle steam cleaning.  Some materials used may be vintage and delicate in nature. To prolong the life of your one of a kind pieces we recommend that you do not machine wash them, specifically in machines with agitators. Tshirts and sweatshirts are typically machine washable unless adorned with beading or specialty fabrics.
